BATESVILLE MOTOR SPEEDWAY FREEDOM BLAST FIREWORKS RACE RESULTS

Fans were treated to The FREEDOM BLAST FIREWORKS SHOW on Saturday night, June 29th at Batesville Motor Speedway. Along with the Fireworks, there was plenty of excitement on the track.

Hall of Famer Wendell Wallace of Jamestown, AR parked his car in Victory Lane in the IMCA Modified division. Following behind Wallace in second place was Brint Hartwick (Quitman, AR). Roger Witt and Ashley Wilkey, both from Batesville, took third and fourth with Curtis Cook of Conway coming in fifth.

In the IMCA STOCK CARS, Dover, AR driver, Tommy New took the checkered flag first, followed by Joe Payne of Concord, Jack Sullivan (Greenbriar, AR), Stephen Morrow of Batesville and Tony Anglin from Walnut Ridge, AR completed the top five.

HOBBY STOCK driver Cody Cornett of Drasco, AR crossed the finish line first to take the win. The next three positions were all Batesville drivers, Anthony Creasey in second, followed by Destiny Brooks and Hunter Everett. Joseph Jackson (Locust Grove, AR) took fifth place.

MIDWEST MOD driver, Keaton Wheeler. the current points leader, continues to hold the lead by taking the win on Saturday night, following in second place is Keaton's younger brother, Connor Wheeler. Slade Hartwick (Quitman, AR) came in third place and Adam Poe (Beebe, AR) and Jesse Tackitt rounded out the top five.

Connor Kuykendall, Points leader in the Arkansas Factory Stock, also claimed the win on Saturday night. Coming in second was Trevor Ford (Mt. View, AR). Chuck McGinty and Allen McElroy both from Enola, AR came in third and fourth and Batesville driver, Jesse Brook, finished up the top five.

Young Gun driver, Riley Morrow took home the trophy on Saturday night. Morrow is also the current points leader. Finishing out the top five were Harvey Wilkins, Isaac Davis, Gracie Surrett and Preston Martone.

BATESVILLE MOTOR SPEEDWAY will be taking off for a couple of weeks. Our next event will be on JULY 20, 2024 with the JD GARRISON MEMORIAL IMCA STOCK CAR RACE. This event will be paying $3200 to win - 32 laps in memory of the JD's car number when he raced. More info later.
