CHAMPIONS HONORED AT BATESVILLE MOTOR SPEEDWAY AWARDS BANQUET
February 17, 2025 - Locust Grove, Arkansas
The 2024 Champions were crowned on Saturday night at the Batesville Motor Speedway Awards Banquet.
The IMCA Modified division was back-to-back Champion Adam Maples (Batesville). Maples won 2 of the 23 events and placed 16 times in the top ten with 8 of those in the top five.
Champion named in the IMCA Stock Car division was Stephen Morrow (Batesville), who was also a back-to-back Champion. Morrow competed in 18 events with 2 wins and placed in the top ten 13 times with 11 of those being in the top five.
The Hobby Stock Champion crowned was Anthony Creasey of Batesville. Creasey won 3 features, 12 top fives and 18 top tens.
The MIDWEST Modified Champion for 2024 was a new driver Connor Wheeler of Sulphur Rock, AR. Wheeler had 2 wins in 18 features, 12 top five and top ten in each event. Consistency pays off!
Connor Kuykendall of Little Rock, with nine wins of his twenty-two races at Batesville Motor Speedway, was named the 2024 Champion in the Arkansas Factory Stock Division.
Young Gun Driver Riley Morrow took the Championship trophy for 2024..again ..another back-to-back champion!! Morrow had 4 wins of 11 features and had 11 top five finishes!
Coming up next at Batesville Motor Speedway will be an open practice on March 22nd from 1-5 pm for all classes.
Following up on the next weekend, March 27-28-29, will be the Arkansas Spring Nationals for the IMCA MODIFIEDS and the IMCA STOCK CARS. All other divisions will race as well.
