CURTIS COOK CLAIMS WIN IN R4H Night 2 at Batesville Motor Speedway
Congratulations to Curtis Cook (Conway, AR) on winning Night 2 of the Race for Hope IMCA Modified race at Batesville Motor Speedway on Friday night.
Batesville driver, John Waugh, who started on outside front row, finished in the second place. Third place went to Tim Ward ( Mesa, AZ) with Brandon Smith and Peyton Taylor rounding out the top five.
And the IMCA Stock car drivers put on another exciting race on Night 2!!!
TJ Herndon from Atwood, TN made it to victory lane by beating Patrick Linn to the checkers by less than a one second margin. What a race!!!
Jack Sullivan was in the last lap battle also, but had to settle for third. Hayden Linn and Peyton Taylor rounded out the top five.
In the MidWest Mods, Slade Hartwick was the winner with Conner Wheeler in second followed by brother Keaton Wheeler in third. Wayne Poe was fourth and Eli Muilenburg from Ozark, AR came in fifth.
Local driver, Roger Witt, claimed the win in the Arkansas Factory Stock. Following the leader to the checkers was Jeremy Tharp, Connor Kuykendall, Gavin Lowe and Sawyer Thompson.
